Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep your card securely on file with Stripe for your account, and nothing is ever charged without your approval. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment information.
Session Analytics
We use session analytics on our own website and customer account pages to improve the product and to support our customers. This can include recordings of how a page was used. Anything you type into a form is masked in these recordings, and payment details are never recorded at all, because they go straight to Stripe. We also collect error reports when something on our site breaks, so we can fix it.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business, such as our payment processor, hosting provider, email service, and analytics tools, and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we need to keep for legal and billing records. Email us and we will take care of it.
